A Vision of My Future: Who I Will Be 15 Years from Now

15 years on, I see myself as a person who has developed immensely, not only in professional and personal success but also in wisdom, compassion, but in strength, and empathy as well.  My life has been one of success over the years, with aspirations and wants equaling my purpose. Attaining a career as a civil engineer and as an inspiration and mentor to others are my aspirations. Being a continuous learner and achiever inspires me to maintain my values but adapt to a world that is constantly in flux.

After 15 years, I would be a dedicated and caring member of the family with strong roots in respect, trust, and aspirations.  As a civil engineer, my dream is to be part of noble causes and make my contribution to society.  As a mentor and a role model and sharing my information to empower individuals overcome their barriers is another career I desire.

Finally, I see a contented but idealistic me in fifteen years, grateful but still driven.  I see a life of fulfillment and a legacy of goodness, integrity, and courage personal satisfaction, professional achievement, and service to others a combination of happiness, success, and making a difference for good.  This vision is not a fantasy, it is a promise to myself to work at becoming the person I want to be.
